Overlooking the green hills of the Senese countryside, this independent farmhouse invites guests to a unique experience in the lap of nature.
The holiday villa is divided into two separate apartments that have a total of seven bedrooms which can accommodate 13 guests. There is a lovely swimming pool under the open sky (dimension: 5x10 meters- depth 1.2-1.4 meters) which is equipped with outdoor furniture, and a large green area with lawn and garden. Guests can enjoy peaceful alfresco dining and BBQ too.
In both the apartments, there is a living room with an open layout on the ground floor that is thoughtfully furnished with a set of sofas, a TV and a dining table. Both kitchens are equipped with an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave. The bedrooms are on the first floor in each of the apartments.
Guests also have access to a laundry room that has coin-operated washing facilities.

Extra charges:
If necessary, gas for heating in winter or when needed due to weather must be paid on the spot at €4.5 per mc.
A Refundable Security Deposit of 300€ is to be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in.
Tourist Tax to be paid on the spot: € 1 per pax per day - for a maximum of 5 days - up to 12 years old are exempt.
If you bring a pet, they have to be paid for on the spot at € 35/week per pet.
Please note that the Check-in is from 4-8 pm and check-out is from8-10 am. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.
Location
The antique farmhouse on the hillside has been nicely restored and is surrounded by greenery. Its unique location provides peace and tranquillity for guests for enjoying their vacation with friends and family without any disturbance. The various attractions of central Tuscany and the 60-kilometre Tyrrhenian Sea coastline studded with beaches are well within easy reach. The town centre of Monticiano (where the farmhouse is located) is about 3 minutes drive from the villa. Guests can easily shop for groceries here. The village enjoys mild temperatures during the summer season and is full of chestnut trees, oaks, pines and Mediterranean spices. The natural beauty and landscape offer pure and healthy air that provides much-needed rejuvenation to travellers. Siena with its medieval buildings, winding streets, Piazza del Campo, cathedral, UNESCO-recognized historic centre and other such characteristic attractions is about half an hour’s drive from the villa. San Gimignano and the beaches are about an hour’s drive from the holiday villa.
Florence International Airport is about a hundred kilometres away.
